3 prenatal appointments: These appointments allow us to discuss your birth preferences as well as make sure that you and your support system are ready for labor. We will also be sure to address any questions or concerns you may have. During these appointments, we will be sure to respect current social distancing guidelines.

On-call 24/7 starting 3 weeks prior to your due date: Due dates are never a sure thing! I will be available at all times to come support you during your labor starting 3 weeks before your estimated due date.

Phone/texting support: Once you have chosen to hire me as your doula, I can provide emotional and informational support via calls or texting whenever you need it.

Continuous support during labor and the immediate postpartum period: I will provide support during your entire labor and immediate postpartum period for as long as you need me. I can support you while you labor at home, either virtually or in person (while always respecting social distancing and public health guidelines). If the hospital or birth center allows, I can also accompany you there, therefore providing continuous support for your entire labor and birth.

1 postpartum appointment: The purpose of this appointment is to go over your birth together and to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Package option: 10x 3-hour visits for $550

Physical and emotional support: I will make sure that you are well fed, hydrated and as comfortable as possible while you heal from birth and adjust to your postpartum body. I will be a calm presence in your home and a kind ear if you want to share your birth story or discuss your feelings about parenthood.

Guidance through basic infant care: I can support and encourage you as you develop your parenting skills when it comes to bathing, diapering, wearing and comforting your baby.

Sensitive feeding support: I will provide information, guidance and support as you feed your infant, whether you are breastfeeding, chestfeeding or bottle feeding.

Family care: I will provide an extra set of hands to help make sure that all parents and siblings (if any) can enjoy and get to know their new family member.

*These services are available insofar as social distancing and public health guidelines can be respected. These services can be provided online if necessary.

Virtual option: 3 classes for $275

This is a private and personalized 3-hour childbirth preparation class. During your free consultation, we will talk about your questions and concerns about labor and birth so that I can prepare a class that is adapted to your needs.

This option may be valuable for families who have already had babies and who would like a private “refresher” course on ways to manage the waves of labor. This option is also appropriate for families who are not ready to commit to a specific birth plan and would like some guidance and support as they figure it out.

Appropriate social distancing guidelines will be respected for these classes - the video conference platform of your choice will be used for the virtual option.
