Birth services
A birth doula can help reduce the use of medical interventions and facilitate partner involvement. She can help both moms and partners feel more in control of their bodies and their labor and birth experience.
As your birth doula, I will empower you to find your voice and to have a positive birth experience. I want to help you feel informed, calm and ready as you welcome your baby into your family.
Postpartum services
A postpartum doula provides an extra pair of hands during the first few weeks with your baby, as well as a comforting presence in your home as you navigate all the decisions and emotions of the fourth trimester.
As your postpartum doula, I want to help you find your rythm as a new family. I want to help build your confidence as new parents and enjoy this unique time of your lives with your baby.
